▼鍋內刷上一層薄薄的油,每次倒入蛋液越少,蛋餅就越薄,最後做出的厚蛋燒層數就越多,全程用中小火即可,每倒兩次蛋,再加一次油,在蛋液半凝固狀態時就捲起來。

▼把麵包屑和牛奶分別用碗裝好,麵粉內加入鹽和胡椒粉調味。
