【Oreo cheese cupcake 奧利奧乾酪蛋糕】
組織幼滑,帶有清香的檸檬味,
還有奧利奧餅乾的乾酪蛋糕,
絕對是飯後甜品的首選。

材料:
250克 奶油乾酪,100克糖,
1/2 茶匙玉米粉,1/2 香草精,1湯匙檸檬汁,
2個蛋。
Ingredients:
250g cream cheese, 100g sugar
1/2 teaspoon corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon lemon juice,
2 eggs.

Step for making Oreo cheese cupcake ...........
1.) 奶油乾酪。 Cream cheese.
2.) 倒入有的材料 (除了蛋) 打至幼滑。Pour in all ingredients ( except egg), whisk until creamy.
3.) 逐一加入蛋拌均。 Add in egg one at a time and mix well.
4.) 打好的乾酪糊。 Done.....
5.) 放一片夾心餅乾於紙模裡。 Add in 1 piece cookie into paper cup.
6.) 倒面糊入紙杯裡,以180度C烘18 - 20 鐘。

Put into pre-heated oven, bake at 180 degree for 18 - 20 minutes.
7.) 取出冷卻後,放冰箱冷藏 3 個小時才享用。
Let it completely cool, keep in the fridge for 3 hours before serving.
【Banana Sponge Cake 香蕉海綿蛋糕】
好柔軟的香蕉蛋糕,每吃一口都聞到香濃的香蕉味,好棒。。
這次用的香蕉是一般用來製做炸香蕉的那一種,
香蕉外皮的顏色雖然還是青而帶一點黃,
可裡面的香蕉是熟了,味道香濃也香甜。

由於用的紙杯比較大,面糊分量比較多,烘的時間也加長至35分鐘,
材料:
4個蛋,150克糖,170克香蕉泥
175克低粉
125克玉米油
幾根香蕉 (切小段)
Ingredients:
4 eggs, 150g sugar, 170g mashed banana
175g superfine flour
125ml corn oil.
A few bananas (cut into small pieces)

Step for making banana sponge cake.......
1.) 把蛋,糖和香蕉泥打至濃稠 (面糊掉下不會立刻消散)。
Mix well eggs, sugar and mashed banana until thick ( Batter will not dissipate immediately after falling ).
2.) 分兩次篩入低粉輕輕拌均
也分兩次加入玉米油輕輕拌均。
Sift in half the flour and gently mix well. Repeat with the remaining flour.
Add in half the corn oil and gently mix well. Repeat with the remaining oil.
3.) 倒面糊到紙杯裡,放上香蕉,
以160度C烘35 分鐘。
Spoon batter into paper baking cup,
Place sliced banana on top the batter.
Put into pre-heated oven, bake at 160 degree C for 35 minutes.
【Lemon blueberry cupcake 藍莓檸檬杯子蛋糕】
檸檬香味很濃的蛋糕,再配上藍莓。。。美味得很。
每次烘杯子蛋糕都用高溫烘,
這次試用低溫來烘。。。

出來的效果非常好,
蛋糕顏色也不會太深。。。
材料:
110克奶油,90克糖,2顆蛋
一粒檸檬皮屑,3湯匙檸檬汁
130克普通面粉,半茶匙泡打粉
適量藍莓。
Ingredients:
110g butter, 90g sugar, 2 eggs
1 lemon zest, 3 tablespoon lemon juice
130g plain flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
藍莓檸檬杯子蛋糕的做法。。。。
Step for making lemon blueberry cupcake.....
1.) 把奶油和糖打至松發。
Whip butter and sugar until fluffy.
2.) 逐一加入蛋拌均。

Add in egg one at a time and mix well.
3.) 加入檸檬皮屑和檸檬汁。
Add in lemon zest and lemon juice.
4.) 篩入面粉和泡打粉拌均。
Sift in flour and baking powder, then mix well.
5.) 拌好的面糊。
Done...........
6.) 倒面糊到紙杯裡,放上藍莓,
以155度C烘50 分鐘。
Spoon batter into paper baking cup,
Place some blueberry on top the batter,
put in pre-heated oven, bake at 155 degree for 50 minutes.
7.) 烘好的蛋糕。
Done...........
【Oreo Cupcake 奧利奧杯子蛋糕】
做了幾個奧利奧杯子蛋糕,當午茶點心。。
蛋糕鬆軟,甜度也剛好。。。
材料的分量可做8個。
材料:
120克奶油,30克糖,2個蛋,幾滴香草精,
100克普通面粉,1茶匙泡打粉,
適量奧利奧夾心餅乾。
Ingredients:
120g butter, 30g sugar, 2 eggs, few drops vanilla essence,
100g plain flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder,
some oreo cookies.
奧利奧杯子蛋糕的做法。。。
Step for making oreo cupcake......
1.) 三片夾心奧利奧餅乾壓碎。
Three pieces oreo cookies with filling (crushed)
2.) 奶油和糖。
Butter and sugar.
3.) 把奶油和糖打至松發。
Whip butter and sugar until fluffy.
4.) 加入蛋和香草精拌均。
Add in eggs and mix well.
5.) 篩入面粉和泡打粉拌均。
Sift in flour and baking powder, and mix well.
6.) 加入餅碎拌均。
Add in crushed cookies, and mix well.
7.) 放一片夾心餅乾於紙模裡。
Add in 1 piece cookie into paper mould.
8.) 倒面糊到紙杯裡,
以180度C烘20 - 25 分鐘。
Spoon batter into paper baking cup,
put in pre-heated oven, bake at 180 degree for 20 - 25 minutes.
9.) 烘好的蛋糕。

【Sponge cake 馬拉糕】
再戰馬拉糕。。。這回終於做到像棉花一樣鬆軟了。。
材料A:
2 個蛋,
80克 黃糖
材料B:
80克 低粉,1/2 茶匙蘇打粉,
1 湯匙煉奶,80 毫升鮮奶,2 湯匙玉米油,1/2 茶匙香草精。
Ingredients A:
2 eggs,
80 g brown sugar
Ingredients B:
80 g superfine flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon condensed milk
80 ml fresh milk,
2 tablespoon corn oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence.
1.) 先把l材料A打至濃稠(面糊掉下不會立刻消散)。
Mix well Ingredients A until thick
( Batter will not dissipate immediately after falling ).
2.) 加入材料B 攪拌均勻。
Add in Ingredients B and mix well.
3.) 倒入搽油的模以大火蒸15分鐘。
Pour into greased mould and steam with high heat for 15 minutes.
